The location was ideal by the sea and the staff here was helpful. Went to Joe's Beach Bar for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Location was great, just a short walk from the beach and not too far from the city center. The staff was friendly and tried their best to understand and help. The pool was a nice temperature and the central area around it had a lot of natural vegetation, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, with stained bedding and subpar cleaning. The staff sometimes forgot to replace toilet paper and didn't advertise their in-house restaurant well.

We had a pleasant stay at a bungalow in a good, quiet location. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the central part around the pool was cute with natural fauna. The room was modern and spacious, with all amenities provided. The location was perfect, only a 5-min walk to Long Beach and near shops, restaurants, and spas. We rented bikes for a cheap price and enjoyed exploring the island.
The staff had limited English, making it difficult to get information.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at a cozy bungalow in Phu Quoc. The value for money was great, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. The highlight for me was the amazing roof terrace, complete with hammocks and a jacuzzi. The private room I booked was comfortable and the building itself was beautiful. I also appreciated the friendly staff who provided motorbike rentals and free airport transportation. The daily refill of packaging tea in the hotel was a nice touch. I had a wonderful experience at this bungalow and would definitely recommend it.
